Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains where Arabians Audio delivers, the delivery charges that apply and when customers can expect an order to arrive. Arabians Audio is operated by Arabians Audio Hub, licensed in Dubai (Licence No. 1641119, Commercial Register No. 2901220).

Order processing

Orders placed before 3 PM GST, Monday to Saturday, are normally processed on the same or next business day.
Sundays and UAE public holidays are not processing days.
We verify payment, stock and delivery details before dispatch. If an item is special order, backordered, oversized or requires confirmation, we will contact you before dispatch.

UAE delivery charges and timing

Free delivery on orders over AED 1,000/- across the United Arab Emirates

We deliver to the checkout address using trackable courier services. The delivery timeframe starts after dispatch and normally takes 2 to 3 business days. Remote locations, bulky products, public holidays and supplier-direct orders may require additional time; we will confirm this where applicable.

The delivery charge and delivery option displayed at checkout are the amount and option that apply to your order. Merchant Center shipping settings and product data must always match these charges and timings.

Large, fragile and installation products

Floorstanding speakers, projection equipment, complete systems and other large or fragile products may need a scheduled delivery. Installation, assembly and site work are separate services unless they are expressly included in the product listing or order confirmation.

Delivery checks and missed deliveries

Please inspect the outer packaging when your order arrives. Report visible transit damage, a missing item or an incorrect item within 3 calendar days of delivery and keep the packaging until we complete our review. If a delivery attempt fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, the courier may return the parcel to its depot; contact us promptly to arrange redelivery. Additional attempts or changes may incur a courier charge where disclosed before the service is arranged.

Arabians Audio currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.
