Return window and eligible condition

You may request a return for an eligible change-of-mind purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery. The product must be factory sealed, unopened, unused and in its original resaleable packaging with all accessories, manuals and included items.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

• Products with opened, broken or tampered factory seals, or products that have been used, installed or damaged after delivery.
• Activated software, software licences, downloadable products and other digital goods once supplied or accessed.
• Consumables, batteries, hygiene-sensitive products once opened, and any item specifically marked as non-returnable before purchase.
• Custom, made-to-order or specially configured products, except where the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law.

How to request a return

1. Contact us within the return window at sales@arabiansaudio.com or +971 54 152 4252 with your order number, item and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval and the return method. Do not send an item back without authorisation.
3. Return the product complete, protected and in the condition described above.
4. We inspect the item on receipt and notify you of the outcome.

Return costs and refunds

• For an eligible UAE return authorised under this policy, Arabians Audio provides the approved return method at no return-shipping charge to the customer.
• Arabians Audio currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.
• Original delivery charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return. They are refundable when we supplied an incorrect item or where required by law.
• After approval and inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. A bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit on a statement.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

Report a transit-damaged, missing or incorrect item within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a short description. If we confirm that an item is incorrect or faulty, we will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, refund or authorised service-centre support, in line with the product warranty and applicable law.

Warranty and exchanges

Most products carry a 1-year UAE manufacturer warranty; some brands provide a different period, which is shown in the product documentation or listing. Warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, batteries, ear pads or consumables. A sealed eligible item may be exchanged once within the same 7-day window, subject to stock availability and any price difference being settled before dispatch.
